DINING

Our drinking water is our pride and joy and the envy of our city neighbours. Consistently testing 100% pure, it comes from a convergence of several underground springs that run through thousands of feet of gravel filtering and balancing its mineral composition. Taiga Ventures is fortunate to be situated on top of a huge glacial esker left behind during the last ice age. Enjoy this gift of nature with us.

Our caterer, Lori Paras of RUBY MOON CATERING fame, will provide you with a wide selection of lunch, dinner and snack menus. Her meals are mouth-watering, generous, home-cooked. She also provides gourmet dinner choices.

She uses fresh, healthful ingredients, locally grown in season whenever possible. We can also provide a selection of beer and fine wines..

As Taiga Ventures is not a restaurant, all meals must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance with a preferred minimum of 12 people. The Grotto can accommodate 80 people for dinner.
